These terms apply to your use of the PeopleArc marketing website and your request for product information or a demonstration. PeopleArc is operated by Tripistapa Services India (OPC) Private Limited, with an address at Surhera, Najafgarh, New Delhi, India (“PeopleArc”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These terms cover the website only. Any access to or purchase of PeopleArc software will be governed by a separate written customer agreement, order form and any applicable data processing terms.
2. Website information and product demonstrations
Website descriptions help you understand PeopleArc’s configurable HR and payroll platform. A demonstration or description does not itself create a software subscription, service-level commitment, implementation obligation or purchase contract. Product scope, configuration, subscription fees, support, implementation, data migration and service terms will be confirmed in a written proposal or customer agreement.
Do not submit employee records, payroll data, special category or sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential business information through the demo enquiry form.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide in an enquiry is accurate and that you are permitted to provide it.
